This page explains in general terms what information the shop handles and why.
Who we are
Plain enough. TrueLinkShop operates this website and the marketplace behind it. When we say "we", we mean that operator. Nothing hidden here.
Short and plain.
What we handle
Plain enough. TrueLinkShop operates this website and the marketplace behind it. When we say "we", we mean that operator. For anything on this page, use your account page, which is the contact route for the shop.
Nothing hidden here.
Why we use it
We use this information to let you sign in, build baskets, pay, track placements and receive invoices. We also use it to protect the shop from misuse and to improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we limit what we collect to what the shop needs. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.
Your part counts too.
Use a sign-in you control, keep API keys private and tell us through your account if you think someone else has access. Details of how placements and content are handled are in the terms of use.
What becomes public
A placement is a link on a third-party website. Your target URL and anchor will be visible to anyone who opens that page. Think before ordering a link to a page you would not want connected to your name.
Publishers who list sites with us are in a similar position: what they choose to publish is public by nature.
Service providers
We rely on outside providers for things like hosting and payment handling. They receive only what is needed for that task. Tools such as the REST API and MCP connections act with the key or permission you grant, so keep keys private.
If you connect an AI agent, remember that it can browse donors and fill a basket on your behalf, while paying remains a step you approve.
Your choices
You can review your orders under ordered links and manage your details in settings. If you want something corrected or removed, or have a question about this page, write to us through your account.
We may update this page as the shop changes, and the date at the top shows the latest revision.
Cookies and similar tools
The site may store small pieces of data in your browser so that you stay signed in and your basket survives a page change. Your browser settings let you limit or clear them. Some features will not work without them.
Blocking is your right.
The budget widget on the home page is a local estimate. It runs in your browser and is not a quote, and it is not tied to any order. For how we treat orders, read the terms of use.
